Top 9

​

INTERNATIONAL PRESIDENT

  1. First major club representative

  2. Maintains overall club organization, direction, and well-being

  3. Presides over all Black Wasp MC meetings

  4. Oversees all patched members on both consoles

  5. Leads Black Sunday voting for Top 9

  6. Makes final vote on who becomes a patch holder/old head

  7. Implements power to veto any club unanimous vote if determined to be necessary

  8. Serves as the final authority for patched member status, promotions, demotions or expulsion from the club

  9. Holds authority to form alliances and declare war with other clubs

CHAPTER PRESIDENT

  1. Second major club representative

  2. Serves as first major adviser to the International President

  3. Presides over all meetings when the International President is absent

  4. Leads Black Sunday voting for Top 9 when the International President is absent

SECRETARY

  1. Manages Black Wasp MC website, Social Club rankings, and all Discord chats

  2. Records key notes during all Church meetings when Keepers are absent

  3. Trains and manages all patched members in Keeper position

  4. Administers Keeper trials for potential promotion

  5. Determines who receives promotion to Keeper position

 

HEAD OF PROSPECTS

  1. Acts as the lead agent of initial screenings

  2. Oversees the development of prospects into patched membership

  3. Leads Black Wasp MC patching ceremony

  4. Leads Monday Prospect Ride and Wednesday Recruitment Night

  5. Determines which Hangaround members receive promotion to Prospect status

  6. Holds the authority to bring prospects before the International President, Chapter President, and/or Vice President for consideration of becoming an official Black Wasp MC patched member

  7. Trains and manages all patched members in Prospect Developer position

  8. Administers Prospect Developer trials for potential promotion

  9. Determines who receives promotion to Prospect Developer position

ROAD CAPTAIN

  1. Establishes and enforces all riding standards and procedures

  2. Leads rides at all weekly meetings and club events

  3. Ensures the security of members during group rides conducted in public lobbies

  4. Trains and manages all patched members in Road King position

  5. Administers Road King trials for potential promotion

  6. Determines who receives promotion to Road King position

  7. Organizes and Hosts weekly official Public Lobby advertisement rides.

 

SERGEANT AT ARMS

  1. Establishes and enforces all combat standards and procedures

  2. Leads all wars and weekly Swarm Night meetings

  3. Leads private trainings per request for patched members who seek to improve their combat capabilities

  4. Trains and manages all patched members in War Horse and Arch Angel position

  5. Administers War Horse and Arch Angel trials for potential promotion

  6. Determines who receives promotion to War Horse and Arch Angel position

AMBASSADOR

  1. Major contributor of Black Wasp MC social media promotion

  2. Acts as the lead agent in managing club relations and external politics, especially management of official club alliances

  3. Seeks and establishes Black Wasp MC presence in events organized by allies and beyond

  4. Organizes, schedules, and coordinates special club events within our club and between other clubs

  5. Organizes, schedules, and coordinates club game sessions on titles outside of Grand Theft Auto 5

TREASURER

  1. Acts as the lead agent in managing club financial expansion

  2. Organizes, schedules, and coordinates lobbies, playlists, and game modes for club members to generate revenue

  3. Seeks and disseminates information of potential opportunities for generating revenue beyond regular activities

Big 4

KEEPER

  1. Records key notes during all Church meetings

  2. Helps manage the Black Wasp MC website under Secretary supervision.

  3. Primary Club Promoter throughout social media, and other social media aspects with the help of the Secretary.

  4. Unlimited membership, role can be given to anyone in the Club.

  5. Works directly with the Secretary for club promotion throughout the community.

PROSPECT DEVELOPER

  1. Seeks opportunities for potential Hangaround recruitment whenever possible

  2. Administers Intake procedures to establish Hangaround status for new members when Head of Prospects is absent

  3. Encourages, manages and reports Hangaround and Prospect activity and progress on a daily basis

  4. Recommends Hangaround members to Head of Prospects for Prospect promotion

 

ROAD KING

  1. Enforces all riding standards and procedures

  2. Leads rides at all weekly meetings and club events when the Road Captain is absent

  3. Ensures the security of members during group rides conducted in public lobbies when the Road Captain is absent

 

WAR HORSE

  1. Enforces all combat standards and procedures

  2. Leads all wars and works with the SGT at ARMs to Swarm Night meetings when the Sergeant at Arms is absent

  3. Leads private trainings per request for patched members who seek to improve their combat capabilities when the Sergeant at Arms is absent

 

Arch Angels

ARCH ANGEL

  1. 5 Per Console of the best fighters in BLACK WASP

  2. Must pass the trials set by the SGT at ARMs

  3. Must be a Patched BLACK WASP for 4 Months .

  4. If all 5 slots are full, then a patched BLACK WASP must pass the trials set by the SGT at ARMs, and beat a current Archangel in a best of 3 TDM.

  5. Works directly under the SGT at ARMS and War Horses to ensure protection of TOP 9 in public lobbies

  6. Wears the AA Uniform in Public Lobbies, and wears their BIG 4 uniform during club events.

Recruits

BLACK WASP MC PROSPECT

  1. Follows official Black Wasp MC bylaws at all times

  2. Joins parties, games, and lobbies of all patched members and fellow prospects whenever possible

  3. Salutes all patched members and fellow prospects whenever initial contact is made

  4. Reports to respective Prospect Developer or Head of Prospects during entire duration of prospecting period

  5. Follows any orders given by patched members at all times

  6. Maintains consistent activity on Discord

  7. Wears official Black Wasp MC Prospect Biker Cut at all times

223 HANGAROUND

  1. Follows official Head of Prospect intake orders at all times

  2. Joins parties, games, and lobbies of all patched members and prospects whenever possible

  3. Salutes all patched members and prospects whenever initial contact is made

  4. Reports to respective Prospect Developer or Head of Prospects during entire duration of hangaround period

  5. Follows any orders given by patched members at all times

  6. Maintains consistent activity on Discord

  7. Wears official 223 Hangaround t-shirt at all times

Events

​

Weekly Church

  1. All BLACK WASP patched members meet together at either the LS, or BC Clubhouse for their weekly church gathering.

  2. Church is organized in basic weekly church format.

  3. All churches end in a club ride, and a playlist organized by the treasurer.

 

TOP 9 Meeting

  1. All BLACK WASP TOP 9 members meet together at either the LS, or BC Clubhouse for their monthly meeting on the 28th.

  2. BLACK WASP TOP 9 Discuss current events, promotions, if the abilities of all position holders are being used effectively, and hand select new TOP 9 members (prospect devs, etc) to be placed on a unanimous vote for the following BLACK SUNDAY.

BLACK SUNDAY

  1. On the first Sunday of every month, BLACK WASP gets together and celebrates the founding of WASP by unanimously

 

Draft Night

  1. The H.O.P and Prospect developers figure out a time that's best once a week for them, and everyone to get online to advertise the club in public lobbies to randoms.
  2. Online WASP get together and go to a public session, help other randoms out with their supplies, ride together, and play public lobby missions.
